Radisson Property has been working with Kathmandu on their Leases in Australia and New Zealand. We have sucessfully negotiated COVID relief on 160 stores. Since we have been working with Kathmandu we have activly been involved with the renewal of 67 stores and 4 new stores in Australia and 1 in New Zealand.

Radisson Property has been working with Ozmosis and Rip Curl for the last 12 months. We have successfully negotiated COVID relief. Since we have been working with Rip Curl, we have renewed 35 stores on more favourable Lease Terms. We have recently negotiated a relocation in Sorrento and a new store for Rip Curl at Robina to open in November 2021.

Nova Kitchen/Off The Pallet
We have been working with Nova Kitchen/Off The Pallet for 6 years. We have opened stores in VIC, NSW and QLD and negotiated all COVID relief. Since managing Nova Kitchen portfolio, we have opened 9 new stores and negotiated 12 renewals with all major and private Landlords.

Bubba Pizza appointed Radisson Property in 2016 to manage their Property Portfolio. We assisted them through COVID and negotiated rental relief across their portfolio. We have renewed 80% of their stores, assisting them in reductions across the portfolio. We have also opened 2 new stores. We are seeking opportunities for 2022.
2021 - Present
Ten Tops appointed Radisson Property to manage their property portfolio in early 2021. Since working for Ten Tops, we have negotiated 4 new stores with more on the way. With Radisson Property's extensive knowledge, we have been able to work remotely on these new store openings in Regional NSW and Metro Sydney.

Radisson Property has been working with Cabrini since early 2021. Since being appointed by Cabrini we have negotiated 10 renewals throughout Australia and have been instructed to update their Real Estate software - LeaseEagle.
Treasure Hunter appointed Radisson Property to assit in expanding their current business within Victoria. We have negotiated new stores in Bendigo, Mornington, Wallan, and Leeton. The most recent store was Leeton, this was an existing Target store and it is exceeding expectations.
2015 - 2020
Radisson worked for Munro Footwear group for 5 years. We looked after 280 stores under the brands of Midas, Mathers, Cinori, Williams and Wanted. During our term at Munro, we negotiated renewals of over 200 stores, and up to October 2020 we opened 30 new stores. We were also responsible for the surrender of over 20 Diana Ferrari shops nationally.
We have been assisting an Asian Grocer open in Victoria. The most recent opening was in The Pines at Doncaster. They have a requirement to roll out 5 new stores in 2021/22.
2016 - 2019
We started to manage their 200 store portfolio in Australia and New Zealand in 2016. We were involved in the restructure of the Property Department and the rationalisation of 30 non performing stores. We completed our contract in September 2019.

We were appointed in 2016 to negotiate the closure of 20 non-performing stores prior to Lease Expiry.

My Size appointed us for 3 years to manage their property portfolio across Australia. During this time, we negotiated 20 renewals across their portfolio.

Radisson Property assisted NQR with negotiating Lease extensions when the client purchased the business in 2017-2018.
Recently we have negotiated a number of new Leases on behalf of Franchisees.
We have helped our clients open Tobacco stores, the most recent was in Croydon in 2020. We are still seeking shops.

Shopping Centre Australia
We were contracted by SCA from 2015 to 2020 to undertake the Leasing for 10 assets in Metro and Regional Victoria. During this role, we negotiated over 45 New Deals and over 50 Renewals across the portfolio. This demonstrated our knowledge in the current market and our ability to interact with both National Tenants and mum and dad operators.
